Rockefeller built Standard Oil using simple, yet uncommon leadership discipline to become the wealthiest man on earth. The tools are simple to use, but require discipline to master.
Mastering the Rockefeller Habits™ is based on four key decisions in growing your business that you must get right or risk leaving significant revenues, profits, and time on the table. These four decisions are People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. Through Gazelles' Summit executive education, coaching, and technology platform we can help you get these four decisions right.
Why is it important to get the Four Decisions™ right?
- People - People is about harmony in your culture and enjoying work. Does your organization have the right people to meet its goals? We will help you focus on getting the right people, doing the right things with clear accountabilities and metrics.
- Strategy – Top line (revenue) growth. Do you have a real plan, or is your team just reacting to the marketplace? Is your revenue growing as quickly as you’d like? If not, we will help you re-examine your Strategy.
- Execution - Getting things done efficiently and effectively so that you convert revenue to profit. Are your increasing revenues not generating increasing profits? You might have Execution challenges which we can help you identify and solve.
- Cash - The first law of entrepreneurial gravity is "Growth Sucks Cash." We will calculate your Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) which measures companywide how long it takes between when you spend a dollar (marketing, design, rent, wages, etc.) until you get that dollar back. We will work through concrete ways to double operating cash flow in the next twelve months.
Join us for this exciting workshop which you can come to in a public setting with other firms struggling from the same challenges. Swap stories and strategies with your peers to kick up your results to a new level. Or, if you prefer, we will hold a workshop with only your people (either a cross section or executive leadership) to take advantage of the collective wisdom, business acumen and laser focus only your team can create. An offsite venue is recommended.
Now it's time to choose. Which of the four will be your primary focus?
