Betsy is a founder of The Institute for Sustainability where she advances the people, profit and planet alignment. Betsy earned the professional designation of Certified Business Coach through RAC.

Betsy has delivered over 1,000 seminars, keynotes and workshops to Fortune 500 clients, non-profit organizations, international audiences and government agencies. Betsy earned the professional designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) by the National Speakers Association (NSA).

Over 10,000 sold, Betsy Allen authored "Powerful Presentations, Volume 1: 39 Quick Openers, Puzzlers and Energizers that Spark Interest and Focus Your Topic" and "Powerful Presentations II: 52 Strategies Guaranteed to Make Your Message More Memorable". She is in the process of authoring “Got Results, Respect, Revenue? 60 Strategies from 60 SW Florida Organizational Leaders”, launching in Fort Myers in May 2012 and nationally at The Press Club in Washington, DC in June 2012. This book will prove that those leaders who thrive on adversity are wired differently and more developed thinkers who make decisions and solve problems with panache. Betsy is a contributing author to “A Common Sense Approach to Sustainability: Accelerating Profitability through Aligning your People and Processes with the Environment."
