Betsy Allen has been consulting with organizations and training adults for over 20 years. Drawing on her corporate, entrepreneurial and educational experience, she spreads enthusiasm, hope for improvement and her passion for adult personal and professional growth! She received her Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard University of Business Administration in Boston, Massachusetts and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Betsy has also earned her Certified Quality Manager by the Association for Quality. Known for her enthusiasm, analytical skills and marketing ability, Betsy helps people and organizations discover their potential and leverage their interpersonal strengths, strategies and skills to achieve results.
Areas of Expertise
Serving as the founding President of the Hawaii Chapter of the National Speaker's Association and President of the American Society for Training and Development, Betsy has also volunteered thousands of hours toward advancing the training and speaking profession. Author of the CHOICE System for Rooms Revenue and Food and Beverage, Betsy is best known for her avid passion for active adult learning, service excellence, strategic planning, and communication consulting and training in both the public, not-for-profit and for-profit arenas.
Industry Experience
Betsy has held executive positions in Finance and Marketing, started and sold multiple companies, and has been a full time consultant, writer, trainer and speaker since 1990. Betsy is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), one of less than 300 speakers with that designation from the National Speakers Association.
