NAPLES, FL  (August 12, 2011) --   Betsy Allen, Fort Myers Business Coach and Sustainability Consultant, served as a presenter for the 17th Annual Florida Festivals and Events Association (FFEA) Convention and Trade Show at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida.

Betsy spoke on the topic of "Leading Change Management."   She encouraged attendees to leverage the power of shining eyes and avoid the downward spiral to take their organization to the next level, by eliminating scarcity thinking while  surfacing the best in others.   It was a highly interactive, content-rich session which allowed attendees to contribute and connect with others wishing to be more of all they can be.
