Betsy Allen of Gaining Results, Inc. was awarded the "Rising Star Small Business of the Year" at the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Global Expo 2009, held September 24, 2009 at the Harborside Event Center.    The Global Expo is the premier business networking and marketing event in the Fort Myers area.
